We have a particular expertise and portfolio in the development of Specialist Disability Accommodation, or SDA. Claireleigh is a registered SDA provider with three years of experience in dealing with a diverse range of NDIS participants. Alongside our developments for the general market, we produce a range of exceptional disability accommodation, providing the foundation for proven industry leading care.

On-site preferred providers My Voice are registered NDIS providers, meaning they’re verified by forensic audits to maintain some of the highest standards of care and practice in the NDIS, a rare commodity in an often-uneven market. They have deep and proven experience in complex care, with fully trained staff, management and a dedicated clinical team. They allow Claireleigh to offer an exceptional and secure SDA facility.

What is your relationship to care providers?
While Claireleigh builds and rents SDA, the registered care providers we work with are responsible for the exceptional services in your accommodation. Though Claireleigh is a separate entity from the care provider, we will have close working relationships which are how we produce such meaningful outcomes for our clients.
What does it mean to prefer a Registered Provider?
Participants and their families in the NDIS know all to well that the standard of care in the tumultuous market can often be inconsistent. Registered Providers offer a certainty of standard and quality amidst this. These are providers who have been deeply and continually vetted by the NDIA to have upheld the highest quality of care. Annually independently audited, and required to detail their outcomes forensically, their care is boutique and professional - a relief to those who otherwise have to trust unproven providers at the word. If you’re still unsure what this entails, that’s okay. The NDIS provides a wealth of resources to back this up, and you’re always welcome to talk to us directly.
What is SDA?
Specialist Disability Accommodation, or SDA, is accommodation purpose built to serve the support and lifestyle needs of people with a disability. This is built into the design and features of the accommodation, and though sometimes not obvious to the untrained eye, they include a range of amenities essential to comfortable living with a disability.
How do I know if I’m eligible?
SDA is a component of an NDIS plan, so you need be a participant of the NDIS to be receive funding for it. Whether you are eligible for SDA funding, and what level, is an assessment done on the NDIS’ end. However, if you have been allocated funds for SDA, Claireleigh has a range suitable accommodation.
